Find out about my new and existing research projects, looking at Digital Product Passports and Battery Passports for a Circular Economy.
“Battery Passports Statekholder Needs and Opportunities” is funded by the Made Smarter Network+, that aims to bring together economic and social scientists, UK manufacturers, and digital technology providers to address the human issues resulting from the diffusion of new technologies in industry. The project started in December 2022 and will run until July 2023. Read about the project here in more detail and please get in touch if you’d like to find out more or take part in the research. We will be running a survey, a workshop and an Expert Panel on the adoption of Battery Passports and Digital Product Passports for Industry, to feed into UK Policy consultations in 2023.
“Data Innovations for Product Passports: A System of Systems Approach Towards Industry Symbiosis” is funded by the UKMSN+, the UK Manufacturing Symbiosis Network Plus, whose mission is to position UK manufacturing research into the mainstream of scientific developments and impact on the circular economy. The project started in July 2021 and will run until December 2022. I am working in collaboration with Dr Sara Mountney from Sheffield Hallam University. Read about our aims and objectives in more detail and please get in touch if you’d like to find out more or take part in the research.
